30-45-3. Adoption—social history.

The following information shall be filed with the petition as the social history of the biological parents on forms prescribed by the secretary:

1. (a) Each parent's religious background;
2. (b) each parent's educational background;
3. (c) each parent's ethnic background;
4. (d) each parent's tribal membership, if applicable; and
5. (e) each parent's employment history.
