For purposes of this article, each of the following terms shall have the meaning specified in this regulation: (a) "Acceptance" means that an application for the risk management program has been approved by the secretary and a risk management plan agreement has been signed by the secretary.

1. (b) "Department" means Kansas department of health and environment.
2. (c) "Environmental contamination" has the meaning specified in K.A.R. 28-73-1.
