The following fees shall apply: (a) Training providers. A separate accreditation fee shall be required for each training course. If a training course is taught in more than one language, a separate accreditation fee shall be required for each of these versions of the training course.
(1) Accreditation fee $500
(2) Initial fee.
(A) Lead abatement supervisor, lead abatement worker,

(3) Refresher course fee.
