Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-72-1e
In addition to the definitions in K.S.A. 65-1,201 and amendments thereto, each of the following terms shall have the meaning assigned in this regulation: (a) "Elevated blood lead level (EBL) child" and "EBL child" mean any child who has an excessive absorption of lead with a confirmed concentration of lead in whole blood of 10 μg (micrograms) of lead per deciliter of whole blood, as specified in K.A.R. 28-1-18.
