1. (a) Any individual may apply for one or a combination of licenses. The requirements for an installer license and a remover license shall be those specified in the department's "Kansas storage tank program document," as adopted in K.A.R. 28-44-15.

   (b)(1) For each initial license, each applicant shall submit a nonrefundable license fee of $100.00. Each initial license shall be effective for two years from the initial licensing date.

   1. (2) For license renewal, each individual shall submit a nonrefundable annual renewal fee of $50.00 for the 12-month period beginning on the effective date of each renewal license.
