1. (a) The commitment of a resident to a nursing facility for mental health shall not be permitted.
2. (b) Persons identified by the admitting physician as being a danger to themselves or others shall not be admitted to nursing facilities for mental health.
3. (c) Each resident shall have established at admission an initial plan of care based on the physician's admitting diagnosis.
4. (d) Each resident's mental health plan of care shall include a discharge plan.
5. (e) Each resident shall have the right to request a review of progress for discharge at any scheduled regular review.
