1. (a) Prohibitions.

   1. (1) No person shall dispose of used oil on or into any of the following:

      1. (A) Sewers;
      2. (B) storm drainage systems;
      3. (C) surface water;
      4. (D) groundwater; or
      5. (E) the ground.

   2. (2) No person shall apply used oil as any of the following:

      1. (A) A coating;
      2. (B) a sealant;
      3. (C) a dust suppressant;
      4. (D) a pesticide carrier; or
      5. (E) any other similar application.
2. (b) Transporter registration and insurance. Each transporter of used oil shall comply with the requirements of K.A.R. 28-31-6.
