For each permit required in K.S.A. 65-3424b and amendments thereto, the applicant or permittee shall pay the applicable fee according to the following schedules.

1. (a) Permit application fees.

   Mobile waste tire processor $250 Waste tire collection center $100 Waste tire processing facility $250 Waste tire transporter $100

2. (b) Annual permit renewal fees.

Mobile waste tire processor $100 Waste tire collection center $50 Waste tire processing facility $100 Waste tire transporter $50
