Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-21-254
(a) Equipment used for the manufacture, processing, packing, labeling, holding, testing, or control of amygdalin (laetrile) shall be maintained in a clean and orderly manner and shall be of suitable design, size, construction, and location to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, and operation for its intended purpose. The equipment shall: (1) Be so constructed that all surfaces that come into contact with the product shall not be reactive, additive, or absorptive so as to alter the safety, identity, strength, quality, or purity of amygdalin (laetrile) or its components beyond the official or other established requirements.
