Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-19-545 – Class II operating permits; application fee.

(a) An application pertaining to a class II operating permit shall not be deemed complete unless accompanied by the appropriate fee.
(b) Fees.
1. (1) The fee for an initial application for a class II operating permit other than a general permit or a permit-by-rule shall be $200.00.
2. (2) The fee for a class II operating permit modification application shall be $100.00.
3. (3) The fee for a class II general operating permit petition shall be $750.00.
4. (4) The fee for a class II general operating permit application shall be $50.00.
5. (5) The fee for a class II operating permit-by-rule application shall be $50.00.
