Eligibility for swine facility operator certification.

(a) Each applicant for certification shall meet the following requirements:
- (1) Submit a completed application, on forms provided by the department and with the appropriate fees; and
- (2) complete six hours of training, as approved by the department.
- (b) Certified swine operators shall acquire a minimum of six hours of approved training every five years as a condition for renewal of the certification.
