Transfer of a permit or certification.

- (a) The automatic transfer of a permit shall be prohibited. Each operator wanting to transfer a water pollution control permit of a confined feeding facility shall make application consistent with the provisions of the regulations in this article.
- (b) The automatic transfer of a certification shall be prohibited. Each operator wanting to transfer a certification for a confined feeding facility shall register with the department, in accordance with this article.
- (c) The existing permit or certification shall remain in effect until the department authorizes the transfer by letter or reissues the permit or certification.
