Effluent standards.

- (a) Incorporation. 40 C.F.R. Parts 133, 405 through 436, 439, 440, 443, 446, 447, 454, 455, 457 through 461, 463, 465, and 469, as in effect on July 1, 1985, are adopted by reference.
- (b) To the extent that the above effluent limitations are inapplicable, the limitations shall be set on a case-by-case basis using the methodology described in 40 CFR Sections 122.44(a) and 125.3(c)(2) as in effect on July 1, 1985.
