The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.620 through 141.629, as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, except that "subpart V of this part" shall be replaced by "K.A.R. 28-15a-620" and "subpart L of this part" shall be replaced by "K.A.R. 28-15a-130."
