Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-15-35h – Mobile laboratories.

(a) Laboratory management of a mobile laboratory shall meet all the requirements of these regulations and K.A.R. 28-15-36.
(b) Each time a mobile laboratory enters the state of Kansas, the laboratory management of the mobile laboratory shall not conduct compliance testing until the following have occurred:
1. (1) The laboratory management has notified ELIPO of the intent to conduct testing.
2. (2) The department has verified that the mobile laboratory contains all the appropriate equipment and staff for the testing to be performed.
