All laboratory analyses conducted in the office of laboratory services of the Kansas department of health and environment shall require payment as specified in K.A.R. 28-14-2, except for analyses requested by department staff. The fee for any analysis not specified in K.A.R. 28-14-2 shall be based on the cost of the analysis as determined by the secretary.
