1. Available energy resources: Those energy resources, other than agricultural fertilizers, commonly in use at the time of an energy emergency as declared by the governor pursuant to K.S.A. 1975 Supp. 74-6801 et seq.

2. Allocation: Allotment or division of available energy resources according to certain priorities set forth below.

3. Curtailment: Reduction or interruption of service or consumption of energy resources being provided, in accordance with certain priorities set forth below.
