A public accommodation shall not be required to provide its customers, clients, or participants with:

1. (a) personal devices, such as wheelchairs;
2. (b) individually prescribed devices, such as prescription eyeglasses or hearing aids; or
3. (c) services of a personal nature including assistance in eating, toileting, or dressing.
