Each bank or trust company shall maintain a central listing showing the following on any personal property taken in payment of a debt:

1. (a) a complete description of the property;
2. (b) the date of acquisition;
3. (c) the name of the original debtor;
4. (d) the total amount of indebtedness for which the personal property was acquired; and
5. (e) the cost of acquisition.
