Each caterer shall be responsible for the conduct of each event catered. Each caterer shall be responsible for all violations of the club and drinking establishment act by the following people while on the event premises:

1. (a) An employee of the caterer;
2. (b) an employee of any person contracting with the caterer to provide services or food at an event; or
3. (c) any person serving or mixing alcoholic liquor at an event.
