Each applicant seeking a matchmaker's license from the commission shall meet all of the following requirements, in addition to the requirements specified in K.A.R. 128-2-1:

1. (a) Certify in writing that the applicant has read and understands the act and these regulations;
2. (b) provide a list of all events for which the applicant served as matchmaker;
3. (c) have at least three years of experience as an official; and

4. (d) have knowledge of all regulated sports, including the following for each contestant:

   1. (1) Fighting experience and ability;
   2. (2) fight record; and
   3. (3) fighting style.
