Kan. Admin. Regs. § 123-12-301 – Fighting; violence.

(a) Each of the following acts shall be prohibited, unless the act is done in self-defense:
1. (1) Fighting;
2. (2) any act other than fighting that constitutes violence; and
3. (3) any act that is likely to lead to violence.
(b) Each violation of this regulation shall be a class I offense.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
