Debt adjustment and debt collection prohibited.

Effective Apr 8, 2005Authorized by and implementing K.S.A. 2004 Supp. 75-7024 and K.S.A. 76-3203Department of Corrections—Division of Juvenile Services

(a) Each of the following acts between and among offenders shall be prohibited:
1. (1) Debt adjustment; and
2. (2) debt collection.
(b) Each violation of this regulation shall be a class II offense.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
