- (a) No offender, regardless of the offender's intent, shall take any article or property of any kind from any other person or any place without the permission of a person who is authorized to give such permission. No offender shall obtain articles or property of any kind from any other person or any place by fraud or dishonesty.
- (b) Each violation of this regulation shall be a class II offense. Alternatively, any violation of this regulation may be handled according to the summary disposition procedure specified in K.A.R. 123-13-201b.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
