1. (a) Class III offenses shall be defined as the following:

   1. (1) The violations designated as class III offenses by these regulations; and
   2. (2) any violation of a regulation, internal management policy and procedure, or facility order within which the designation of the class of the offense for a violation is not specified.

2. (b) The penalty for each class III offense may be any of the following or any combination:

   1. (1) Restriction to the offender's living quarters, not to exceed three days;
   2. (2) restriction from privileges, not to exceed 20 days;
   3. (3) extra work for not more than two hours per day, not to exceed 10 days;
   4. (4) restitution; or
   5. (5) an oral or written reprimand.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
