As used in these regulations: (a) the words and phrases defined by K.S.A. 75-4201 and amendments thereto shall have the meaning ascribed to them in such statute; and

1. (b) "delivery versus payment" means the transfer or payment of funds simultaneous with or after the delivery of securities purchased with such funds.
