The 2020-2021 edition of the "uniform standards of professional appraisal practice," as published by the appraisal standards board of the appraisal foundation and effective January 1, 2020, is hereby adopted by reference, except for the following:

1. (a) All materials before page 1; and
2. (b) standards 7, 8, 9, and 10.
