Kan. Admin. Regs. § 117-5-1 – Provisional classification; education requirements.

In order to be eligible for the provisional classification, each applicant shall meet the education requirements specified in the following:

(a) K.A.R. 117-3-1(a)(1) or K.A.R. 117-4-1(a)(1) through (5); and
(b) within the five years preceding the date of application, K.A.R. 117-2-1(a)(1), K.A.R. 117-3-1(a)(2), or K.A.R. 117-4-1(b)(1).
