A game breeder permit shall be required to engage in the business of raising and selling the following wildlife:

1. (a) species of reptiles or amphibians that are native to or indigenous to Kansas;
2. (b) mountain lion,Felis concolor Linnaeus;
3. (c) wolf,Canis lupus Say;
4. (d) black bear,Ursus americanus Pallas; and
5. (e) grizzly bear,Ursus arctos horribilis Ord.
