- (a) Each organization licensee shall file annually a financial audit as required by K.S.A. 1987, Supp. 74-8813(i) on or before 90 days after the licensee's fiscal year end. The licensee's audit shall be filed with the executive director at the commission office.
- (b) This regulation shall take effect on and after October 1, 1988.
