As used in these racing regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, special racing events are: (a) the breeders cup races;

1. (b) the breeders crown races;
2. (c) the breeders classic races;
3. (d) any event of the triple crown;
4. (e) the greyhound race of champions;
5. (f) any horse race with a purse of $100,000 or more;
6. (g) any greyhound race with a purse of $35,000 or more; or
7. (h) any grade I or II horse race.
