- (a) Any party to a stewards' or racing judges' hearing may request that the executive director issue a commission subpoena in accordance with K.S.A. 1990 Supp. 74-8804(d).
- (b) Subpoenas shall be served by a person designated by the executive director. Service shall be in person and at the expense of the requesting party. Proof of service shall be shown by affidavit.
- (c) Subpoenas issued by the executive director may be enforced pursuant to the provisions of the Kansas parimutuel racing act.
