Each facility manager shall meet the following requirements:

1. (a) Maintain complete and accurate records of all EGM conversions;
2. (b) give prior written notice of each EGM conversion to the commission; and
3. (c) notify the Kansas lottery in accordance with K.A.R. 112-107-11.
