Eligible components of renovation projects.

The eligible components of a renovation project shall include the following:

(a) Engineering;
(b) repair of embankments;
(c) construction of silt basins;
(d) mobilization and demobilization of equipment;
(e) excavation;
(f) removal of sediment from a reservoir;
(g) metal, conrete, and associated materials;
(h) inundation mapping; and
(i) land rights.
