Kan. Admin. Regs. § 11-3-10
The district shall conduct an annual operation and maintenance inspection of each completed new or rehabilitated state-funded structure and shall file an inspection report on a form provided by the division. The district shall submit a copy of the inspection report to the division and chief engineer. The district shall implement corrective maintenance or repair when needed.
