Each of the following terms, as used in this article of the board's regulations, shall have the meaning specified in K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 40-2,211, and amendments thereto:

1. (a) "Distant site";
2. (b) "healthcare provider";
3. (c) "originating site";
4. (d) "physician"; and
5. (e) "telemedicine," including "telehealth."
