Additional reportable events shall include: (a) clearance of an offense through the identification of an alleged perpetrator;

1. (b) the issuance of a summons;
2. (c) filing or non-filing of a complaint;
3. (d) diversion activities;
4. (e) an order of temporary custody;
5. (f) referral of a child in need of care to law enforcement;
6. (g) filing or non-filing of a petition;
7. (h) entry of a judgement of an appellate court; and
8. (i) reports of missing or runaway juveniles.
