- (a) Each appointing authority shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining a program of orientation for new employees.
(b) Each orientation shall be relevant to each of the following:
- (1) That agency's mission, vision, and goals;
- (2) the employee's job responsibilities;
- (3) employee benefits; and
- (4) other aspects of the workplace pertinent to successful performance in the position.
- (c) Any agency may supplement the orientation information required above with specific agency materials.
- (d) This regulation shall be effective on and after June 5, 2005.
