1. (a) Each employee whose latest performance review rating in the preceding 12-month period is at least satisfactory shall receive a pay step increase as provided by subsections (b) and (c) of this regulation, except as otherwise ordered by the governor.
2. (b) Each employee who is on the minimum step or the second step of a pay grade shall receive a one-step pay increase after six full months on that step of the pay grade.
3. (c) Each employee who is on the third step of a pay grade or any higher step, except the maximum step, shall receive a one-step pay increase after 12 full months on that step of the pay grade.
