Pursuant to the Attorney General’s February 5, 2025 memorandum, all revisions to Justice Manual § 9-10.000, et seq., that occurred between January 20, 2021, and January 19, 2025, have been suspended. The below guidance, which reverts to the Justice Manual provisions as they existed before January 20, 2021, shall be in effect until the Department determines whether any revisions or amendments are appropriate.
