Sec. 10. (a) Any party adversely affected by a final decision under section 9 of this rule may file a petition in the appropriate state court for review of the decision under IC 4-21.5-5.

(b) Following the issuance of a final decision under section 9 of this rule, the ICRC may petition the appropriate state court for the enforcement of the final decision in accordance with IC 4-21.5-6.
