Sec. 10. As used in this rule, "residential real estate related transaction" means the following:

1. (1) Making or purchasing a loan or providing other financial assistance for:

   1. (A) purchasing, constructing, improving, repairing, or maintaining a dwelling; or
   2. (B) securing residential real estate.
2. (2) Selling, brokering, or appraising residential real property.
