Sec. 6. Withdrawal Of A Complaint. (A) Who May Withdraw. A complaint, or any part thereof, may be withdrawn only upon written request as hereinafter set forth:

1. (i) If the request for withdrawal is made before the case has been set for hearing, and notice thereof sent, the Complaint may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Complainant.
2. (ii) If the request for withdrawal is made after the case has been set for hearing, the written consent of a majority of the Commissioners shall be obtained.

(B) Notice Of Withdrawal. All parties shall be notified of a withdrawal.
