Sec. 5. The approval of courses and the real estate school permit expire on December 31 of each calendar year. To obtain renewal of course approval, the school must submit the following to the commission:

1. (1) A letter requesting renewal.
2. (2) A bond that is in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the preceding year's gross tuition but not less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
3. (3) An annual report.
4. (4) The fee established by 876 IAC 5-3-1.
