Sec. 5. "School director" means the individual responsible for real estate school administrative matters such as the following:

1. (1) Program development.
2. (2) Scheduling of classes.
3. (3) Advertising.
4. (4) Maintaining facilities and equipment.
5. (5) Record keeping.
6. (6) General supervision of the instructional program.
