Sec. 1. This rule implements IC 25-1-1.1-6 regarding convictions of concern, which may disqualify an individual for registration by the Indiana private investigator and security guard licensing board, and includes in section 4 of this rule an explicit list of convictions of concern that may disqualify an individual from receiving a registration.
