Sec. 1. (a) The land surveyor seal shall be not less than one and five-eighths (15/8) inches or more than one and seven-eighths (17/8) inches in outside diameter, using the following design:

(b) The seal may:

1. (1) be:

   1. (A) embossed;
   2. (B) stamped; or
   3. (C) electronically applied;
2. in conformance with the design as shown in subsection (a); and

3. (2) have:

   1. (A) a milled edge, as shown in subsection (a); or
   2. (B) two (2) concentric circles with the outer and inner circles corresponding with the respective edges of the milling.

(c) The name and registration number of the registrant inscribed on the seal shall correspond to the name and certificate number inscribed on the certificate of registration.
