Sec. 2. In order to establish the regular meetings provided for in IC 25-21.5-2-11 and provide for special meetings of the board, the board adopts the following:

1. (1) One (1) of the regular meetings of the board shall be held as soon as practicable after the start of the calendar year, at which meeting the board shall elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson from among its members. The chairperson and vice chairperson may also be elected at any other meeting when a vacancy exists.
2. (2) The chairperson or any three (3) members may call a special meeting by presenting a request to the Indiana professional licensing agency.

3. (3) The Indiana professional licensing agency shall give a notice to all board members of each meeting:

   1. (A) setting out the time and place of the meeting; and
   2. (B) including a proposed agenda of the major items for action at the meeting;
4. not less than ten (10) days before the meeting, unless the notice has been waived by the chairperson.
