Sec. 5. Pharmacists that engage in remote practice of pharmacy services are required to:

1. (1) maintain appropriate records; and
2. (2) make the records available for inspection and review upon board request.

Retention requirements shall be documented in a pharmacist's policies and procedures and also made available for review by the board. Length of retention stipulated in the policy should reflect any applicable state or federal, or both, requirements.
