Sec. 2. The delivery of cognitive services occurs between a licensed pharmacist (or a registered pharmacist intern under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist) and:

1. (1) a patient;
2. (2) a group of patients;
3. (3) another pharmacist or pharmacists;
4. (4) a prescriber or prescribers; or
5. (5) other eligible health care provider regarding the provision of pharmaceutical care as defined in this article.
